Richard Tipping Notice

Richard Tipping is an Australian artist and poet and this Notice is a miniature version of one of his Roadsigned series. We liked it a lot and thought you would too.

He started altering real signs in 1979 beginning with an airport sign in Adelaide, and he has carried on ever since, with his alterations gaining popularity for their humour and simplicity.

This sign features the wording: NOTICE: THANK YOU FOR NOTICING THIS NEW NOTICE. YOUR NOTICING IT HAS BEEN NOTED AND WILL BE REPORTED TO THE AUTORITIES, and is sized at 12.5 cm x 12.5 cm and is available for £12. There are three other signs in the series so why not collect them all.
